About Us

Dr. Trina Gilbert is an expert in adult endocrinology and metabolism with training from around the world. Before relocating to Vancouver to pursue a molecular biology-based PhD in lipid metabolism at the University of British Columbia, she earned a bachelor of science in biological sciences and chemistry from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Gilbert is well-versed in all facets of endocrinology and has a focus on osteoporosis, hypogonadism, pituitary, adrenal, and thyroid disorders. She currently works for Alfred Health and has a private practise at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond. She takes referrals from general practitioners and specialists for the majority of endocrine problems.
